Wind chimes

Each wind chime in this collection is handcrafted from porcelain and carefully assembled by hand. The colour is mixed into the porcelain before each piece is shaped, giving the clay its soft and vibrant tones.

Every small element is formed individually and fired in the kiln, creating gentle variations that make each wind chime unique.

I enjoy exploring colour with these pieces. The different tones and combinations bring a quiet sense of movement and lightness, even before the wind begins to move them.

Hung outdoors, they respond softly to the breeze. Indoors, they can simply add colour and presence to a space. The sound is light and subtle, more of a quiet accent than a loud chime.
